The Lakeville Area Chamber of Commerce and Lakeville Area School District 194 are excited to announce the first Young Entrepreneurs Academy in the state of Minnesota!

YEA! is a groundbreaking program that will take Lakeville students (grades 6 – 8) through the process of starting a launching a real business or social movement over the course of an academic year. By the end of the class, students own and operate fully-formed and functioning businesses, which may be carried after their graduation from the program. YEA! aims at teaching students at an early age how to make a job, not just take a job.

Each presenter/business will have a 6 foot table for brochures or any other career related free information you would like to distribute.  We hope you will join us in educating the workforce of tomorrow about your career.  To ensure a booth is reserved for you, please reply by email, fax, or phone before June 23rd.  An email will follow to confirm your participation.  We look forward to hearing from you.
